1. Platform Scope & Service Delivery
AI Buddy provides autonomous AI employees deployed across messaging channels (LINE Official Account, Instagram Direct, Facebook Messenger) and integrated into your appointment schedule, CRM leads, and reporting.
2. Trial Period and PromptPay Billing
14-day evaluation: New accounts begin with a 14-day fully functional trial. No credit card or upfront deposit is required.
Manual billing & PromptPay: Subscription renewals are settled in Thai Baht (THB) via PromptPay QR transfer referenced with your unique account code. Transfers are confirmed by our team within a few business hours.
Cancellation: You may pause or cancel any individual agent or plan anytime directly from your dashboard with zero penalty fees.
3. AI Model Grounding & Business Accuracy
Your AI agents generate customer replies grounded directly in your uploaded knowledge base (treatment prices, menus, FAQs, policies). You are responsible for ensuring that the knowledge base you provide accurately reflects your current offerings and legal compliance.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
To safeguard customer trust and channel deliverability, the AI Buddy platform may not be used to send unsolicited bulk spam, deceptive financial solicitations, or violate platform terms of connected channels such as LINE or Meta.
5. Warranty Disclaimer and As-Is Provision
The services and software are provided strictly "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely free of security vulnerabilities.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall AI Buddy, its officers, employees, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the platform. Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of this agreement shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to AI Buddy in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
7. Open-Source Software Attribution & Licensing
Certain platform modules incorporate or interface with open-source software, including MIT-licensed and AGPLv3-licensed components. A complete listing of third-party open-source components and licenses is maintained in our legal documentation. Where required by applicable copyleft licenses, modified source code for relevant integration components is available upon written request.
